Absolutely shameless government
and boneless ministers,MP,MLA's
Even after knowing the truth of
Vidarbha Farmers they have failed
to take measures which really
would have helped Farmers .
The real help will be to increase
the price of his produce . Cotton
in particular . Else reduce the
input cost of cotton , which is
not in our hands right now .
I fully support Vidarbha Jan ANdolan Samiti in their efforts

Prime Ministers package to Vidarbha
farmers has failed to deliver and the promises made have all gone in thin air .Chief Minister of Maharashtra looks so helpless , runs govt without money . He should better keep AK Telgi as a consultant like others , who minted money and still moving with bold faces .
Everyone in Vidarbha must ask themselves what have they done for the farmers ??

In the last week itself somewhere in the country about 30 farmers have committed suicide in face of the glaring agrarian crisis
Since 1997, over 25000 farmers have taken their lives and the number only keeps increasing…..
Causes:
Dumping of genetically engineered seeds to replace our indigenous farm saved seeds to humour corporate giants
Lack of political will
An excruciating silence on the whole issue
Insecure lives lead to insecure futures…..what are we doing to make this nation’s development a sustainable one?
Theres a need to demand security of basic necessities of life….food being one!

A country that boasts of a thriving economy also embraces the phenomena of malnutrition, starvation and hunger as comfortably.

50% of the world’s hungry are in India. An estimated 320 million people desperately need food in the face of 60 million tones of food stocked in open!
